COVID-19 Safety Measures

Everyone’s safety and well-being has always been our top priority but wanted to share some of the new and necessary measures instituted to protect you and our employees in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic:

  • Meticulous disinfecting protocol before and after seeing each patient
  • Sanitizing station in reception area
  • Pre-screening for fever or cough at time of appointment requests and confirmation calls
  • Reception room seating changes to allow appropriate social distancing
  • Installation of sneeze guards at employee desks
  • Reducing the number of patients in the office at same time
  • Curbside delivery of products/paperwork/prescriptions upon request
  • Continuing telemedicine visit option for those who prefer to stay home
  • All staff is fully vaccinated

Important requests to help keep others safe:

  • Please do NOT come to the office if you are experiencing a fever or cough or have knowingly been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Telemedicine visit with Dr. Levine can be scheduled to evaluate you or we would be happy to reschedule your appointment
  • Appointment recommended for all services including Vitamin injections
  • Please wear a mask even if vaccinated when in our reception area, health care settings are exempt from mask free guidelines
  • Kindly sanitize your hands with the sanitizer available at the entry
  • Please practice social distancing throughout office
  • Please come ALONE unless a companion is medically necessary
