Standard Program 

Our standard program includes comprehensive evaluation (blood work and an EKG if needed) and a visit with one of our providers. The provider will suggest a personalized program, vitamin injection recommendations and if appropriate, an appetite suppressant medication. When you get close to you goal weight we will modify your strategy to help you keep the weight off for good.*

Postpartum Program 

We understand that your time is limited as a new mother. Our goal is to assist you in dropping that stubborn baby weight through one of our weight loss programs. We provide exercise programs and meal plans that can help you achieve an overall level of personal fitness and health. New mothers can participate in our customized weight loss program as soon as six weeks after giving birth.

Fast Weight Loss Plan ("5 & 1")*

Over 700 of Dr. Levine's patients have lost weight using a very simple and easy plan called the "5 & 1 program".  This is a daily program of 5 meal replacements and 1 "lean and green" meal consisting of healthy portions of meat or fish and non-starchy vegetables.  The program is safe, effective and offers predictable weight loss.  It is medically formulated to reduce your fat stores, give you more energy and significantly reduce your hunger.*  Many of the meal replacements are portable and easy to incorporate for those with a busy lifestyle or those always on the go.

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Treatment

Dr. Ellyn Levine is proud to offer these "game changing" weight loss treatments to Trilogy Health.

The Benefits of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide:

How Semaglutide works:

• Mimics a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that targets areas of the brain that regulate appetite and food cravings.

• Promotes release of insulin from the pancreas to lower glucose levels in the bloodstream.

How Tirzepatide works:

Appetite Suppressant Medications *

There are a multitude of prescription appetitite suppressant medications available today.  The providers at Trilogy Health can help you decide if any is right for you.   They can be used in combination with our Calorie Deficit Plan, Fast Diet Plan or any of the vitamin injections we offer.   These medications can be very effective at helping one achieve their weight loss objectives.  The providers are very knowledgeable on the use of these drugs and can help find the right dose that is most effective and safe for you.  Our providers will monitor to you closely while you are on these medications to ensure your safety and manage any side effects that may be experienced.

We carry the most common appetite suppressants in their in-house pharmacy as an added convenience to our patients.  We also offer monthly affordable plans for those primarily interested in appetite suppressant therapy to lose weight or maintain their weight.
